HOW TO GET THERE
Public Transport:
From the train station (B) you can take the APAM lines: CC / 4C / 4T / 8.
Once you reach Piazza Sordello (A), the building is approximately a 5-minute walk away.
All APAM buses are equipped with a lift and, for urban routes, a voice announcement service for bus stops. Currently, for adequate assistance, Reporting of use of the service is required, within two working days before use.

By car:
The building is located in a restricted traffic zone. Holders of disabled passes issued by other municipalities can request access by completing the online form. ZTL Disabled Pass Reservation or by writing to infomulte@comune.mantova.it
To request the lowering of the Pilomat and for further information, contact the Municipal Cleaning Service at the toll-free number 800-505454.

Building entrance:
The main entrance is located in Piazza Erbe, no. 18.
After a first step with a very steep sloping threshold, you enter an area with lockers and information for the visit.
The first floor is reached via a monumental staircase.
This is very steep and difficult to climb.
There are handrails except at the beginning of the stairs.
There is a second entrance dedicated to people with reduced mobility, in the corner of the square at number 4.
This coincides with the entrance to the Virgilio Museum, next to the Museum's ticket office.
The dedicated entrance has less steep stairs.
From here, you can use elevator no. 1 to directly access the Sonnabend Collection.

The secondary entrance leads halfway through the exhibition.
To reach the ticket office you need to cross part of the exhibition.
Ticket office
The ticket office is unique. Here you can purchase tickets for both the Sonnabend Collection and the Time Museum.
The ticket office and bookshop counter are too high for a person in a wheelchair.
Museum of Time – Visit itinerary:
The exhibition inside the Clock Tower, due to the presence of only the stairs (narrow and steep, but equipped with handrails), is not accessible to many users.
Sonnabend Collection – Visiting itinerary
The first floor of Palazzo della Ragione houses the Sonnabend Collection.
The large hall is free of architectural barriers.
At the beginning of the tour there is a panel with a QR code.
From here you can download free audio guides in Italian and English.
Toilets:
Accessible restrooms (in accordance with regulations) are available on both the first and ground floors as you exit onto the stairs and elevators of the second entrance.
