TE PALACE MUSEUM
Entrance to the building
There is a single entrance for all users and is equipped with a ramp. The ramp does not have a handrail, and its slope requires assistance if using a manual wheelchair.

Ticket office
The reception desk is too high for a wheelchair user, but the staff has been trained to accommodate everyone's needs.
At the ticket office, you can request a postcard with a relief map of Palazzo Te, a set of Braille guides (to be returned at the end of the visit), and a paid audio guide service.
It is possible to request the use of two wheelchairs provided by the museum.

Visit itinerary
Ground floor: The entire route is flat and allows you to admire the main rooms of the Palace.
At the beginning of the tour, there is a room with tactile maps and a three-dimensional model of Palazzo Te. Along the way, tactile reproductions, with Braille captions, of details of the frescoes that decorate the rooms are placed.
Opening doors along the route may require assistance from a companion or staff on site.
There are seats along the route.
Access to the Courtyard of Honor is via a ramp and two steps without handrails.

First floor:
The first floor offers access to some collections, such as the Mesopotamian and Egyptian collections. It is accessible only via a steep two-flight staircase. Once you reach the top, the path is uneven and features steps.
Renovation work is underway inside the monument, so information may be subject to change. It's recommended to check for any changes.
Exedra Courtyard and Secret Garden Apartment:
From David's Loggia, you can access the Exedra courtyard and the Secret Garden Apartment. From the loggia, you must descend a small step, which can be easily overcome with assistance. This may be necessary to navigate the external gravel paths.

Toilets:
At the end of the tour on the ground floor, there are accessible toilets (in accordance with regulations).
Additional services:
At the end of the tour on the ground floor, there is a bookshop with adequate space and trained staff to meet everyone's needs.
There is a cafeteria and a meeting space, accessible (easier) from the side of the building or from the exedra courtyard (gravel path). The area also has accessible restrooms (in accordance with regulations).
