Heritage Education

One of the main objectives of the UNESCO World Heritage Centre is to pass on to future generations the world's cultural and natural heritage, based on the belief that respect for cultural diversity and dialogue between cultures are the best guarantee for development and peace.

Since 2008, the Mantua and Sabbioneta World Heritage Office has offered educational courses and experiences to raise awareness of the Mantua and Sabbioneta site in light of the Declaration of Outstanding Universal Value, paying particular attention to the issues of the fragility of the heritage and the need to take care of it.
