Visit itinerary
Ground floor: The entire route is flat and allows you to admire the loggia overlooking the external courtyard and two further rooms (one of which is dedicated to educational workshops).
Along the route on all floors there are models, maps and tactile reproductions of some of the items on display in the museum rooms, with captions in Braille.

Opening doors along the route may require assistance from a companion or staff on site.
To get to the upper floor, you continue up a fairly steep staircase, but if you retrace your steps, at the beginning there is an elevator that reaches all the floors of the museum.
First and second floor: The tour continues on the first floor, and those reaching it by elevator will need to cross the main hall to follow the continuity of the exhibition.
The path to the upper floors is flat and there are seats.

Toilets
On the ground floor there are accessible toilets (in accordance with regulations).
Additional services
Next to the ticket office on the ground floor, there's a bookshop with adequate space, but high shelves. The staff is trained to meet everyone's needs.
