HOW TO GET THERE
Public Transport
From the train station (B) you can take the APAM lines: 4C / 4S / 4T / 12. Once you reach Piazza Sordello (A), the Basilica is approximately a 5-minute walk away.
All APAM buses are equipped with a lift and, for urban routes, a voice announcement service for bus stops. Currently, for adequate assistance, Reporting of use of the service is required, within two working days before use.

By car
The Basilica is located in a restricted traffic zone. Holders of disabled passes issued by other municipalities can request access by completing the online form. ZTL Disabled Pass Reservation or by writing to infomulte@comune.mantova.it
To request the lowering of the Pilomat and for further information, contact the Municipal Cleaning Service at the toll-free number 800-505454.

Entrance to the building
The main entrance is located in Piazza Mantegna, via a raised portico of 7 steps, equipped with handrails on the sides of the majestic facade.
There is an accessible entrance from Piazza Leon Battista Alberti, which, via a barrier-free path equipped with LOGES routes, leads to the raised level of the pronaos. The left door, of the three, has a wooden ramp for overcoming one step.




Visit itinerary
The main hall is completely level and free of architectural barriers, allowing visitors to visit the site and participate in the main religious services.
The lower crypt, containing the relic of the Most Precious Blood and the Sacred Vessels, is accessible only via a narrow and steep staircase, therefore not accessible to everyone.
Toilets
There are no accessible toilets (as per regulations).
Additional services
There are no additional services, such as aids to help blind and visually impaired people understand the area.
