HOW TO GET THERE

Public Transport

From Piazza Sordello (A) you can take the APAM line: 4T /4C /6
From the train station (B) you can take the APAM lines: 12 /4T /7E

All APAM buses are equipped with a lift and, for urban routes, a voice announcement service for bus stops. Currently, for adequate assistance, Reporting of use of the service is required, within two working days before use.

By car

There are several parking areas near Palazzo d'Arco, including reserved spaces (shown on the map). There is also a paid parking lot, also with reserved spaces, made of dirt and gravel.

Entrance to the building

The entrance, from Piazza Carlo d'Arco, is level and provides direct access to the palace garden. From here, you can reach the elevator that leads to the museum rooms.

The reception at the entrance is only accessible via a few steps, so please contact the staff by phone or with the help of a companion to be taken to the elevator.

Visit itinerary

The palace's tour is accessible to all, although, depending on the rooms and their layouts, some passages may be narrower, although still ensuring minimal space. There are some seats along the way to allow for a break during the tour.

In addition to the main tour, the spaces of the educational laboratory and the Luigi d'Arco room, used for temporary events, are also suitable for extended use.

The palace garden is also accessible; the main path is made of dirt and gravel, compact enough to be wheelchair accessible.

Toilets

Accessible toilets are available (in accordance with regulations).

Additional services

There are no additional services, in particular, the lack of tools to help blind and visually impaired people understand the area.
