NATIONAL ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM
Ticket office:
The ticket office is the same as the Palazzo Ducale and is located under the portico in Piazza Sordello. The reception desk is too high for a wheelchair user, so you may need the assistance of a companion or ask the staff to leave the desk.

Entrance and exit of the building:
The main entrance is located at the Piazza Sordello entrance and is the same for all users. The exit is on Piazza Castello, which connects to Piazza Sordello via a cobblestone ramp with a gradient exceeding 8%. Upon request, you can contact Palazzo Ducale staff to request access and parking in Piazza Castello.

Visiting route:
The museum's tour is fully accessible, and there is an elevator connecting all floors. However, due to the layout of some exhibits, viewing the exhibits and information panels can be difficult for wheelchair users or children, for example.

Toilets:
Accessible toilets are available (in accordance with regulations).
Additional services:
There are no additional services, in particular the lack of tools to help blind and visually impaired people understand the place..
