By train
Mantua station offers high accessibility features and is equipped with orientation signage accessible to passengers with visual impairments, three elevators connecting to the platforms with Braille button panels and audible signals, an access ramp (on the right side of the station facade), and automatic doors.
The counter is 90 cm high. There's a glass window between the operator and the customer, and speakers are used for communication. Automatic ticket machines with keypads positioned 100 cm above the ground are available.

Public Transport:
The CC (Circular) line passes through the train station and stops right in the historic center (Via Verdi and Piazza Concordia stops).
All APAM buses are equipped with a lift and, for urban routes, a voice announcement service for bus stops. Currently, to ensure proper assistance, you must report your use of this service within two business days.

By car:
The city center largely corresponds to the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). To enter, you must have a special pass, issued by ASTER. License plates associated with disabled permits issued by municipalities other than Mantua can access the ZTL by notifying the Municipal Police in advance of their visit by completing the online form. Taxi:
Radiotaxi covers the entire Mantua area – tel. +39 0376 368844. According to municipal regulations, the taxi service is accessible to all persons with disabilities (we recommend calling Radiotaxi to verify accessibility for your needs). Drivers are required to accept guide dogs.
TOILETS
Self-service toilets are available in Piazza Virgiliana, Piazza Lega Lombarda, LungoLago Gonzaga, and Giardini Te. The toilets are accessible to people with disabilities (according to regulations) and are always open to the public.
In the historic center (via Goito) there are public restrooms in buildings that, being subject to historical restrictions, have not been made accessible to people with motor disabilities.
