HOW TO GET THERE
Public Transport
From the train station (B) you can take the APAM lines: 8 / CC /7E /4C /12 /6. Once you reach Piazza Sordello (A), the information point is about a 5-minute walk away.
All APAM buses are equipped with a lift and, for urban routes, a voice announcement service for bus stops. Currently, for adequate assistance, Reporting of use of the service is required, within two working days before use.

By car
The Infopoint is located in the ZTL zone. Holders of disabled passes issued by other municipalities can request access by completing the online form. ZTL Disabled Pass Reservation or by writing to infomulte@comune.mantova.it

Entrance to the building
The main entrance faces Piazza Erbe and has one step. Around the corner from Piazza Mantegna is a second entrance with no step. To request an opening, please ring the bell.

The infopoint desk is too high for a wheelchair user, so you may need the help of a companion or ask the staff to leave the desk.
