DIOCESAN MUSEUM “FRANCESCO GONZAGA”
Entrance to the building
The main entrance to the museum is via a grand staircase. There is a second entrance with an elevator, on the opposite side of the cloister; please ring the bell (at the main entrance) and wait for it to open.

Ticket office
The reception desk is too high for a wheelchair user, so you may need to have a companion help you or ask the staff to step out of the desk.
Visit itinerary
The tour route is on a single level, and any changes in level are connected by ramps. Inside one room of the tour route, there is a mezzanine area that is not accessible.
Due to the design of some displays, it may be difficult to see the items on display, for example for people in wheelchairs or children.

Toilets
Accessible toilets are available (in accordance with regulations).
Additional services
Inside the museum there is a room with tactile reproductions, accompanied by Braille texts and audio guides, of some of the museum's artefacts.
