The style of the floor of the <strong>Roman House<\/strong> The care and attention to detail in its construction suggest the house was once the villa of a very wealthy family. Indeed, for the Romans, mosaics were a sign of great wealth. Furthermore, this particular type of mosaic, so fine and intricate, was certainly among the most expensive.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If we notice the face of the male character depicted below, we can see how it even gives the perception of volume and shadows, almost three-dimensional, suggesting the hand of high-level craftsmen.<\/p>\n<p>Next to the mosaic of the <strong>Roman House<\/strong> You can see the remains of a church built in the Middle Ages. The foundations were laid by breaking the mosaic itself, which shouldn&#039;t be surprising considering it will take another thousand years to fully appreciate the past as a value to be
