To help teachers learn more about World Heritage topics, we have translated a document produced by the World Heritage Centre into English. The publication dates back to 2008 but remains an important resource today.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>The World Heritage Centre has produced a series of short animated episodes (The Adventures of Patrimonito<\/em>), useful for teaching children the importance of safeguarding World Heritage properties.
\nPatrimonito is a character invented by a group of Spanish students in 1995, during an international workshop organized by UNESCO. Since then, it has been adopted as the small mascot of the World Heritage Education Programme<\/strong>.
