CARTOONS OF EQUITY | A PLAN FOR BUILDING EQUITY

The World Heritage Centre has produced a series of short animated episodes (The Adventures of Patrimonito), useful for teaching children the importance of safeguarding World Heritage properties.
Patrimonito is a character invented by a group of Spanish students in 1995, during an international workshop organized by UNESCO. Since then, it has been adopted as the small mascot of the World Heritage Education ProgrammeThe episodes, based on storyboards written by kids from different countries, can be downloaded from the official page of the World Heritage Centre.

The Mantua and Sabbioneta World Heritage Office has created a cut-out template that allows you to build the Patrimonito character. The cut-out parts are glued to a wooden template or cardboard. The hands are tied with a ribbon.
